Guren Wei is a Ph.D. researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. Previously, his master’s research topic was enhancement of impact force identification with sparse regularization by using a suitable domain. His current PhD research focuses on remaining useful life prediction of plate structure under impact force excitation based on digital twin. Research interests include signal processing, finite element analysis, impact force identification, structural dynamics, and digital twin.
