Loo Siaw Chuing is a Senior Lecturer Professor at the Department of Quantity Surveying, Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Her areas of expertise include Project Management, International Construction, Risk Management, Risk Assessment, and Risk Quantification.
